Over the Rainbow

Here is living testimony that it IS possible to do outdoor portrait sessions at 6,100 ft.  in Montana in the Springtime and be blessed by rainbows to boot!  Sure, we scheduled and rescheduled (several times), but we managed to find a window of opportunity one May day following a morning rain and just before a winter storm!…

Rochelle, a senior at Park High in Livingston, was a great sport in all of the rescheduling AND in being game to try out a few new “props”.  I’ve had this old barnwood frame hanging in my studio forever.  Why I didn’t pluck it off the wall sooner, I’ll never know!…Rochelle LOVED the resulting images.  We also had some fun in the woods expressing her interests as a poet and nature-lover…books, Persian rugs and forest creatures, anyone?
